Based in Swindon we are able to provide consultations at our offices, in the comfort of your home or place of work. The majority of our clients reside throughout the London area and in some instances further afield. Using technology we can provide services throughout the whole of the UK.

CIFS was incorporated on 18 August 2005 by the founder as a privately owned and managed Company. Mr John Pacitto CII (MP)(Founder and Managing Director) is a financial Services professional with 20 years Industry experience and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Mortgage Professionals holding the CEMAP benchmark qualification to advise on Mortgages and General Insurance.

CIFS offer a broad range of finance products (please refer to the CIFS products & services flyer attachment) and services to fit the needs and demands for our Introducer’s clients and of course our own. We work on the principle `If our recommendation for a solution to a client need(s) will not form an improvement to a customer’s financial circumstances, we will advise of this fact and recommend an alternative solution` This could be:

• To sell their property.
• To take debt management advise.
• To take advise from an Insolvency practitioner.

CIFS refer Commercial finance and Insurance enquiries to a sister Company IBAS Consulting also founded by John Pacitto.

Unique customer service points:
CIFS (unlike the majority of mortgage/finance brokers) take away the `headache` of arranging a loan (purchase/re-mortgage/Secured loan/Commercial loan). This is achieved by a modern `back office` geared to manage the process from initial enquiry to the Legal completion of a customer’s transaction. In addition CIFS report back to the client to offer regular updates to enable the customer to feel at ease with the progress of an inaugural and dedicated customer focussed service that manage the process and hopefully exceed the customer’s expectations in terms of delivery!

We are a growing firm and now receive the majority of our new business by referral from satisfied clients and Professional Introducers. CIFS are working towards a `One stop shop` for residential and commercial customers demands and needs and expect to roll-out news of this exciting development in early 2007.
